OH DEAR ?

Sorry folks i forgot to mention my sound card is an E-mu 0404 pci 24 bit ,going in into windows 7 home premium with sonar 7 pro e/d . on cpu 4 gig ram. Would it be compatible ? would this run straight off? or will i have to download any special service packs driver etc......??..
