RX DeClick - Silences Part of Clip when Processing Audio

I'm trying to use the standalone RX DeClick to fix a chair squeak in one of my tracks. To accomplish this, I'm selecting the region then right-clicking and going to Process Effect -> Audio Effect RX 5 DeClick. Increase/decrease 120 metronone speed

I always had a box showing 120 as the default speed for the metronome but this morning it just disappeared. Now the only option I see shows 24, 48, etc. Please advise how I can get that useful little box back on my screen. Thanks!..

Is It my CPU or is it RAM?
