Audio Exports at Higher Level

When I try to export individual tracks, (audio clips), they render at +3dB louder than the original. I don't remember ever having this problem before but I must be doing something wrong. Here's what I'm doing: Solo track > select audio clip > File > Export > Audio > Tracks > deselect all the options..
