Balancing after Gain Staging

After using the -18rms method for gain staging and having all of my tracks at unity gain how should I balance the tracks? Should I set all tracks to negative infinity and gradually being each one up? Or should I leave them at unity gain and gradually reduce each track? Leaving my louder instruments ..

LP 64 showing up as a black rectangle

This is a head scratcher...When I instantiate LP 64 EQ as a VST2 it comes up fine, but when I use LP EQ (as a VST3) it comes up as a black rectangle. The Overloud TH3 (as a VST3) works fine. Sonar and 192 kHz sampling like what?

I know - we don't need to sample at 192 kHz and I don't but I did test my new AES16e card in several scenarios to see if I could achieve low latency. The answer is yes although not a low as Lynx states. What did surprise me is the hit Sonar takes at 192 kHz - about 50% of the 4 core processor at 2.8..
