Odd new behavior of +/- keys ???? Help, please!

I have always been able to select volume or pan etc. and use the + and - keys to adjust. Now, suddenly, if I do that, a small fader pops up and it only controls the main Windows speaker volume!!If I hold ctrl key it works normally!! What happened? Any ideas? Could I have accidentally reset something..

New installation: new disk what order to install

Had the OS disk meltdown experience. I have a copy of the latest Control Center folder. Suggestions on what order to load stuff? Anyway to get the CCC to install from the files?..

Doing a podcast and here is what I want to do. So I have three sources, two from an Alesia Multimix 8 USB FX and one from Skype. I want to record each of these simultaneously onto different tracks in Sonar Artist. Right now when I do it, they all record on all three tracks. I need to separate them...

Problem with deactivating/activating SonaR Home Studio

I have composed 4 tracks with SONAR.All previous problems were solved successfully.But now I have a problem.when I have recorded minute and a half piece of music(2-3 instruments), and I edit accomaniment track(piano roll), SONAR starts to deactivate/activate for short time intervals.I can't execute ..

Sonor Studio 8.5 move from Win XP to Win 7

I have a dual boot machine, Win XP & 7, on separate drives. Since I purchased Sonor Studio 8.5, I've have had it on the XP drive. I can't find my 8.5 install disk and I want to install 8.5 on my Win 7 drive. I downloaded the 8.5 setup file from the "my products-downloads" section of my account. ..
