Sonar Platinum - Omnisphere 2 Issue... Browser & Knobs not working... Sluggish at best

Presonus Audiobox USB = is USB 1.1 OK?

Researching an interface for my 20 yr old grand niece, and came across some nicely priced 'bundles' from Presonus.The interface was an Audiovox USB. time in sonar and when i mixdown my project is out of sync!

sorry my english ill try my best to be clear. i mixdown in mp3 my project, and at start both are synchro, but around something like 50 sec it start to be out of sync (2 sec) between the time in the project and the mixdown (mp3) til the end. supposed to be the same? i mean as example: the 1rst note ..
