Melodyne Tracking While Looping?

HiI am using the latest Sonar Plat update and Melodyne Editor. When I loop a section to try to fix bits, Melodyne is not tracking the looping. ie: Say I have measures 1-4 recorded, I transfer to Melodyne... Then I start to loop Sonar between measures 1-4, Melodyne's time thingy goes off to infinity ..

Anyone know if 'Patch Point is adding 6dB of gain' will affect older projects? Also, am I correct in assuming that aux tracks and patch points work similarly in this situation?..

Bounce to Tracks is followed by Sample Rate Conversion

I don't remember seeing this in the past. I'm working on a project that is 24 bit 48. I do bounce to tracks and the progress bar moves across as it bounces.Once done, it goes across again much more quickly saying 'Sample Rate Conversion'. Why is it doing this?..

random glitches in audio. sound like a scratch on a vinyl record

I am getting random noises in sonar. the sounds are as described. I first thought I had clipped the kick drum. I soloed it andlooped it to where I thought they were occuring. but they occur at different spots. I turned off all plug ins and still have them. can not figure this one out..
