SOLVED-What the heck does "update All" do in CCC ?

EDIT Jan 10 2017- OK so what it does is only update the Plugs and VST's for the version selected. It does not update the Version. I've clicked it a few times and when all is said in done it didn't update diddly squat? I just did this with Platinium on my Laptop. My version was 22.10 so I hit update ..

Project opens but does not load wav files

Duplicating the Half Speed Recording Technique

Back in the day, you could change the speed of the MASTER tape (say 30ips to 15ips) where the tracks were recorded at 30ips. Sonar X2......Sonar X3

In the days I did something in Sonar X2 but all with loops. I love what was done and would like to transfer it to Sonar X3.When I highlight the tracks in X2 I cannot seem to be able to transfer them to X3.Can anyone please help?Greatly appreciated? Thanks in advance for any info. Gerry..
