Mic Phasing

I believe i might have some phasing issues with my setup. I'm running 12 mic's...Is there a plugin that will analyze my channels to see if it is time based( which to some degree I'm sure it is) or signal based? Thanks!!..

Vertical lines down the entire clips pane during recording

When recording a soft synth track like true pianos or strings, i get these vertical lines down the page of the clips. Doesn't seem to disrupt the recording. I can do the take ok. I even get a pop or two here and there. Strange... any suggestions?..
