Some Imported Files Cracking and Popping

Hi everybody, When I import .wav files from the media browser some of them end up with lots of popping and cracking. Files and project are all 44.1 kHz...any ideas what may cause this? Thanks! Donny..

Backing up everything and also sending projects out

What works best for cloud backing up projects and to be able to send complete projects to other sonar users? I have dropbox and google drive free. But is that the way to go?..

FYI...I Asked the Bakers if They Were Going to Extend Lifetime Updates Again...

...and the answer was NO! Since there wasn't a sticky warning that "the end is near," I figured some people might be thinking that maybe if they wait until after Jan 1 there will be a discount or a special or something...but I have it straight from the Bakers that it ain't gonna happen. Sonar performance and multi-core utilization

I've recently moved Sonar Platinum to a new computer with a Core i7-6700 4 GHz CPU.I'm also seeing momentary UI freezes during recording where the Now point freezes, the cursor spins, and the title bar changes to "not responding". take-lane vocal comps all "ghosted out" except for the last take

I'm doing vocal takes and am experiencing something weird. I'm recording in comp mode. It's creating separate take lanes, but then, the only vocal take that has a solid wave (and sound) is the last take. All I get for the other takes' wave forms is the outline of the wave.
