Sonar No Longer "Remembers" Directory

how do i switch from 64 bit version update to x86 update?

I hit f1 and no help for online installer. I have a older x86 version jasnt been updfated since I first installed and selected to update 64 bit. I do not know how to tell SONAR to update the x86 version, does anybody know how to do so? please advise thanks wayne..
