Midi timing issues with PCR-800/steinberg ur44/Sonar Platinum

Hi, I am having the following problem with my setup. When I record a MIDI performance, via my pcr-800 going thru the steinberg ur44 midi port and into Sonar Platinum, the playback of the midi is always a bit faster than I recorded it. recording playback distortion

I tried unsuccessfully to upgrade my graphics card because it was intermittently craping out. I then replaced the old card and did not have that problem. the benefit of the prochannel??
