thinking about switching to cakewalk..important questions

hi folks, i was so thankful for my last post-i am getting close to making a purchase, but know i am going to need help and i am wondering about support? i don't want to be completely blind if i can't figure something out. i know daw's are intense and will be patient to learn but hope support is good..

X-Touch set up in SPlat help please - solved

I followed all of the threads on here and Craig Anderton's very helpful YouTube video but cannot get the X touch to work in Sonar.I even tried it on my laptop as I have Splat running on that too - nothing. So, I tried downloading and installing the free version of Studio One and it worked perfectly ..

Strange video problems

Since the latest update I have some strange video problems. When I open the synth rack dock itb and close it again, I can't see the rack after opening the second time.Also my window clock has disappeared. Does some one else has also some video problems?..
