Adjusting multiple Automation Lanes

Im wondering if anyone knows how to adjust multiple track lanes at one time. Does anyone know how to set the Automation Lane height in Cakewalk.INI ?Im not sure about you guys, but my lanes default (open up) to this 1 inch sliver.Its tiny and I cant possibly do any pinpoint node surgery. Loud POP and master VU meter pegged -back

I'm getting a very loud pop and noticed that my master out VU is pegged when this happens but I get no sound. I originally thought this was a Izotope Neutron issue, however, it happens even if I remove the Neutron plug from the project. In fact, I even removed all of the plugs, except Sonitus reverb..
