Basic actions e.g. note velocity/volume

Is there a way to adjust a track (or a section of one) such that no note attacks are below a certain velocity (i.e. the volume at which they sound)? My new Sonar Pro won't recognize Rematrix

I purchased Overloud Rematrix some time ago and when I examine the Plugin Manager it won't recognize Rematrix. When I add an audio FX it's not there under VST pugins. I've tried including it in the options menu of the plugin manager but to no avail. I have an old Sonar 7 which loads Rematrix easily...

Heads up when saving projects to portable media

This is probably obvious but I'm a little slow so maybe I'll spare somebody a headache. I saved a project to a thumbdrive which was then removed. Next time I opened that project Sonar crashed. (Solved) Why does the LP EQ cause latency even in "Bypass" mode?

I read in another related thread, and the manual, that suggested setting LP EQ precision to non-linear for recording, and this corrects the issue. But why not "Bypass"? I was testing the LP EQ both as a track insert EQ, as well as a master insert EQ, and noticed that as soon as I inserted the plugin..

Just noticed TH2 is gone. How do I reinstall?

I just recently stopped using sonar 32bit and it's not currently installed. I think this is why TH2 is gone, but I'm not sure.I don't often use it, but i want it to be there. Command Center seems to know nothing about it.Anyone know where i can download the installer or how I can install it? thanks!..
