November 2016 Early Release?

No November 2016 early release yet? The updated help file cites November 30th 2016 as the release date of the next update, yet no November early release yet. In the past, the Early Release proceeds the public by about 5 days. A change in modus operandi perhaps?..

Drum tracks linked in playback

When I copy a drum track, then insert a new MIDI track and paste the copied drum track to the new MIDI track, then make changes to it (add instruments, etc.) the tracks seemed to be linked and the pan and volume of the tracks affect each other.
