Developers: PLEASE fix this:

The snap functions in staff view do not work and haven't worked in many releases. When I choose a note I expect the snap to adjust to that note value; so if I choose an eighth note, when placing that note on the staff I expect the grid to snap to the nearest eighth note. Global View In Track Manager
