Help! Changed nothing but now have terrible Latency issue.

As of today I now have a bad latency issue I haven't had before. This is playing a VI in SONAR. Yet when I play the standalone version of the instrument I have no problem. It doesn't matter what else is or isn't going on in the project. Even with no other processing I have this latency. My soundcard..

Grounding problem with Behringer X-Touch and touch functionality

SONAR takes FORTY or MORE minutes to load!!!!
