CA-2A leveling amp not showing up in menu

I just downloaded this to use in SONAR X3. I see it in my VST folder, and SONAR scanned it properly... but it doesnt show up in my VST menu inside the program, no matter what I do. I'm running 32bit, is it possible that its 64? Could there be other problems? thanks for any replies..
