2 mics into a BR800 with USB to Sonar?

I tried to record with 2 different mics for the tonal variation. A condenser(Apex 460) and a shure sm 58. I'm using my Boss BR800 as the controller.(4 inputs) I used input 3 & 4 because 4 has the Phantom power for my Apex I set the input mode to "4 track record" because the "1 & 2 stereo"..

Smart tool question; answered; hoping for change.

I have noticed a change where the smart tool does not allow clip length changes depending on locations of other takes. It shows other tools as I move along the clip edge, but not the "". I'm not sure when this changed. It works fine when there are no other clips starting/stopping near the clip edge...

Copy & Paste stopped working - Sonar Platinum

I just updated to SONAR 2016.09 yesterday after a full day of editing without issue.After the update copy and paste was working then stopped.I contacted Cakewalk and they send me directions on how to copy and paste, please..
