[SOLVED] How to avoid Pre-Fader to bypass Solo, Mute, etc?

I have one bus to use as Impulse Reverb.In my track I set a Send to this reverb bus and the output to the master bus.To simulate a distance between the instrument and microphone on a stage, I enable to Pre-fader of this send and I lower the volume of the track. This causes only the master volume low..

Does rolling back a version make newer files unreadable?

No problems ... I'm just thinking ahead here, and wondering, if I ever have a problem with a splat update and have to roll back, will I be unable to open projects started in the newer version? Thanks!..

Sonar Platinum - What is meant by bus sends for effects

Would this be like having a vocal track's output route to a vocal bus then have that vocal bus's output go to another bus with a reverb plugin in the effects bin? Just confused on the use of the send knobs on the prochannels in console view. See, I know enough to be dangerous...
