Is 480 ticks the minimum length allowed for looping in track view ?

I just realized that I am unable to have a loop length of less than 480 ticks (which is a 1/8th note on a 4/4 meter). Even if I set snap off and choose a much smaller strip of the audio clip and click "Set Loop Points to Selection", it still selects a 480 tick region covering either side of the regi..

cntl key time stretching has stopped working

I want to use time stretching for both MIDI and audio clips. I have used it in the past. Smart Cursor/Edit Tool on end of clip/cntl key the edge turns yellow and I can scale time for that clip. Anybody using Izotope Nectar? I have a few issues

Several videos show a side chaining button within Nectar. I can't get this button to show up. What I was hoping to do was to send an audio file (piano e.g.) to the Nectar harmonizer module to detect the chords.In reality, I don't think Nectar can do this. It seems that all you can do is to send MIDI..

Effects on specific CLIPS

Is there any way to assign effects to only engage on certain clips? I know you can automate off and on, my question is more, for instance assigning distortion to a specific clip and then only assign a flanger on the next clip. Is this done through off and on automation?..

Beginning of songs chopped when burning multiple song CD

Anybody experience the very very beginning of songs chopped (100ms) when burning a multiple song CD. I tried with the Sonar burner and my FreeStudio burner with same results. The multitrack is fine. One 2-trk-song, alone, burned to CD is also fine. Any ideas? thanks!..
