VST Scan does not work

Hi Guys,just installed the 64 Version of MC7. I had the 32 Version installed before on my PC. But now the VST Scan does not work. Nothing happens. When i go to the plugin manager and try to scan from there, the VST scan crashes every time...

cakewalk music creator 3 software operating a tascam US-16x08 audio interface

i connected my interface , switch to asio driver on my software, ran wave diagnostics to confirm all mic inputs are recognized by software......now when i record, it only records from 2 mic inputs and does not capture the other mics sound recording...and it sends the sound recorded from 1 & 2 au..

Playback issue??

I'm trying to record vocals and it shows up that the vocals are being recorded but when I play it back I cant hear anything...isn't there a way to select where the playback plays from?..
