How do I uninstall Music Creator?

Since making the switch to Sonar, I no longer need Music Creator, but there is no entry in the list of Windows programs, no uninstall feature in Command Center, and no uninstall.exe in C:\Program Files\Cakewalk\Music Creator 7. How do I uninstall it??..
