Some drum kits sound muffled

I love the variety of SI drum kits in Cakewalk Music Creator 6...but some of them sound a little muffled, like they were sampled in a closed off room. How do I achieve more crisp and clarity in those drum kits, to make them more clear and bring consistency among my instruments? Any help is appreciat..

Edit song 1 hour long into seperate track numbers, save then burn to CD

I have a 1 hour long band recording that is one big file. I want to cut it in 8 songs and then burn it to cd.The 1 hour long song plays and loads into MC6.I can see how to cut song into 8 tracks with a 2 second gap between each, but when the cd is burnt it comes out as one big song , instead of 8 sm..

Music Creator 6 and Sampling Plugin

I am a fan of the Roland D-50. And as hard as I try, I don't seem to find a satisfying VST plug in replica of these classic 80's sounds. Then it hit me, perhaps I can sample them. So, my question, does anyone know if there is a sampling software that works with MC6, perhaps as a VST plugin?..
