Trouble getting MIDI'S to a synth

This problem just showed up, I insert a synth track, drag the MIDI to it and I get 1)no sound, 2) partial sound. I have had 0 problems with this until now. Ask me for whatever info and I will respond back. Pulling my hair out here...

Help with burning cd please!

So I know the track has to be in 16 bit format in order to burn to a cd. When I export it, the file is set at 16 bit. But when I try to burn the file, it says that it can't because its 32 bit. Help please:)..
