Studio Instruments

Hi can anyone advise whether it is possibkle or not to use the SIs as you would use a soft synth (i.e. as a sample that is played via a midi note) or are they purely for creating loops to be inserted into songs? many thanks..

Freeze Synth Troubles... Please Help.

I'm working with MC6, and loving the Cakewalk Sound Center. I'm looking to buy all 10 expansions in the near future, if you've never played with it, you're simply limiting your own capabilities. But I use it as a synth, along with the SI-drums, to give myself some nice back up to recording guitar.....

Windows 8 compatibility

Saving Views

I have noticed when working in a project that the view I am currently in is not saved when I close the project down and reopen it. Is there a way around this? Also - if I have TTS1 or Sound Centre in use I have to load the synths again when i reopen the project. Has anyone come across this? Thanks..
