Dimension Pro - Programs

I need to download old,1998, Cakewalk software for my MIDI keyboard to use Sonar.

I'm trying to download cakewalk MIDI controller software to use with Sonar and another DAW. I tried to find a download with no luck. Do I need to locate the original install software or would a generic install work my MIDI controller? Someone please advise...
