Sound Card question

I have SONAR 8.5 Producer and Windows 7 Home Premium. I am currently using an olderEMU 0404 sound card. Lately when I get updates from say Adobe I get screeching audio. So, any ideas? I can get it to work by "restore defaults" on the EMU 0404 and restarting the computer, pain in the rear for sure. A..

Cakewalk No Longer Supports V Studio 700?

I was sending an email to Cake asking if X3 would support V700. Unfortunately, the support page says that Cake no longer supports the system and "Roland" is our support. Hmm... Is this new or part of the changes?..
