Erasing projects/Cleaning house

So I'm trying to free up space. I used to get rid of projects by simply erasing the project name. But I see that all of the tracks and various pieces of the project are still lingering and taking up space. What's the best way to remove and delete a project entirely?..

Auto Punch [Navigator]

When I do Auto Punch in any track and i look to Navigator panel, I see hole where I Punch in the track. The Question is , The we have to cover those hole or they stay? Thanyou..

Auto Level
