Using MIDI Yoke with Guitar Tracks Pro 3

I have Guitar Tracks Pro 3, Virtual MIDI Piano Keyboard, MIDI Yoke, and numerous other audio softwares. I run XP with Creative Blaster X-Fi. Getting the GM2 sounds out of my Roland xv-5050 unit...

Hello all, I would like to know how I can change(in cakewalk Pro audio 9) in the main track window the settings to change or set a GM2 sound? It only allows me to select the regular GM sounds.. Guitar Tracks Pro 2, Yeti USB mic, no sound registered.

Any way to efficiently export .wrk and .bun file content and import into another DAW?

I have 80 or so old demos in .wrk and .bun files that were recorded long ago using Guitar Tracks 2.0, and I use Cubase 6 these days and would like to import all these files into it.
