Best way to back up

I was thinking of getting a usb 3.0 external drive to back up all my songs and all my samples. Is this the best way to do that?..

If you use a Korg Triton Extreme....

....I developed an *.ins file for it which maps to all the banks and programs. Shout out (or PM) and I will send it to you. Obviously, if you've done some program customization you'll need to tweak the file, but this file will get you 99% the way there. Cheers!RZ..
