ssl alpha vhd preamp

I'm not sure if this is the proper forum, but here goes. With SONAR Platinum and some Waves plugs I think I may be able to improve my input quality by introducing a nicer preamp. I've been looking at a ssl alpha vhd, does anyone have experience with this preamp vs. the alternatives?..

FaderPort and SPLAT

Just ordered a Presonus FaderPort. An older boy (Andrew Scheps) made me do it. I'm hoping it works as killer diller in SPLAT as it does in some of the other DAWs I've seen tutorials using it on YouTube. Anyone have this and have any details or experiences to share??..

Problems with PCR-800 + Sonar + Windows 10 Pro

Hey! Anyone out there who know's how to fix the PCR-800 in Windows 10? I remember reading other having the same issue but couldnt find it here for some reason. Help with finding a cable configuration

I've been searching for cable with 4 or 6, tip sleeve 1/4" conductors.... ( shielded ) maybe 12' to 18' in length. This is for a pedal board to amp run.
