Quadcapture to Octacapture

I've been really happy with my Roland QuadCapture but will soon be receiving a Kronos 2 and I'll want to feed all 6 outs to a sound interface so I am thinking about the OctaCapture. What other interfaces would you recommend over the OctaCapture and why?..

e keys 49 midi controller

I cannot play any of creators soft synths etc via my 49 keboard I am not sure if I have the correct set upI am using a Lexicon alpha interface Music creator recognises the 49 keyboard but why no sound?
