ASIO or WDM for SONAR Platinum and SCOPE 5.1?

My apologies if this has been answered before or posting in the wrong place. I've searched through the forum here, PlanetZ and on the net but couldn't get a clear answer as to why the SCOPE 5.1 ASIO drivers only give me one input and one output and the WDM drivers give me the expected four and four ..

Tascam US1800 audio interface

Is anyone using the Tascam US1800 as an audio interface for sonar? I just got one and I'm having some problems. The software only recognizes the odd numbered inputs for some reason. Is anyone else having this problem? Does anyone know how to solve it?..

It took me over an hour today to figure out I needed to update the firmware on the unit and update the driver to 1.51 n both to work with W-8.1 it was throwing me off because I updated the driver and was getting the OC ASIO panel to come on screen but with a message that it was missing...One thing I..

Open letter - audio over network IS the future !! Say so if you also believe it!

Hello ! I'm posting here a kind of "open letter" on the topic of audio over network solution (mainly, Audinate's DANTE solution). I'm in the market for an 88 key midi controller, with weighted keys, and sliders to control midi cc and soft synths in Sonar. There does not seem much to choose from out there - can anyone recommend?..
