What Ohm headphones? 32, 250 or 600?

I am thinking of buying some open back headphones - Beyer DT990s come in 32, 250 and 600ohm versions. The internet chatter suggests low resistance headphones are better for things like iPods - but I'll only ever be using them my home studio plugged into one of the headphone outs on my Steinberg UR44..
