Motu 424e and 2408 mk2 and Windows 10 No dice!

I just re-paved my hard drive...trying to get things going again. Device manager recognizes the hardware fine, but it's not showing as an available playback device nor recording device (it's not listed in the windows playback and recording window.) Any ideas before I scream?..

RME Babyface Pro: SPLAT won't see outputs [SOLVED]

Sonar Sees My Mixer Interface...

Windows 10 suddenly not seeing motu 1248

today my computer did not see my motu 1248. I tried reinstalling the drivers, changing the cable, plugging the cable (usb) into a different port, updating the firmware, etc. no luck sometimes motu discovery app would see it. and a couple times device manger saw it but said the drivers weren't instal..
