Is Sine wave in soft synth identical each time its played?

If I have a soft synth (Omnisphere in my case) playing a basic sine wave, if I play the same note, same velocity, same length, bar after bar, should it be identical for each note? SEPARATION OF DRUMS

I am finally getting around to cloning the one drum track (with all necessary drums on it) onto maybe 3 or 4 tracks then deleting all except (say) snare on one, kick on another, cymbals and toms etc so that they can be treated differently in the mix.
