MAudio1010lt Win8 at 64bit-can't get to 48K, 24bit as before on Win7

Was running X2 on 32 bit Win7, and maudio was set at 48K and 24 bit and everything worked great. New computer installed Win8 at 64 bit and trying Sonar at 64 bit, but now the maudio control panel will not let me change from 44k, and when in Sonar, I set preferences at 48K, 24bit and when I select apply, I get a window saying something like the audio hardware only allows 44K at 16 bit. This will not let any of my previous projects play cause they are all 48K,24bit. Anything sound familiar?

Found the solution, had downloaded the Win7 64bit driver, then the problem started. Then downloaded the Win7 Sp1 64 bit driver. It appeared as though it was repairing the previous driver and then continued with same problem. To fix, I uninstalled the driver altogether, rebooted, then installed the Sp1 version 6.0.8 again and now it allows changes as before and my old and new sonar projects play once again! My only grip now is I don't have the patchbay/router, hardware settings on my Maudio delta control panel, mine just has - mixer, input, output, and hardware.
