MC4 question

 I had to have my computer wiped clean and that erased my MC4. I bought MC4 online so I don't have a disc but I have the e-mails with all of the info . It says to login to access my account but I cannot login and it wont let me create a new account. Anyone have a solution or do I have to purchase new software?

    Did you use a different email when you registered MC 4?
    Your account log in will be different than your forum log in.
    If problems persist, a phone call to Sales may be in order if you're not overseas. An overseas call might be more expensive than buying MC again.
    And you are allowed to make a copy of MC on a disk for archiving so you won't have to do this next time.

    Yeah as Greg points out... an email to support might be in order. they can re-authorize the download link for you once they determine you did buy it originally. 

    Always register it with them and be sure to burn a copy to disk this time and keep it in a safe place.... plus remember your account log in data.

    Their sales support is excellent. I had a similar issue. I computer crashed, and I had to reinstall on a new computer. I had the disc, box, and manual, but the original disc sleeve with the license key was lost. I sent them photos of original packaging and they sent me a new license.
