MC6 cannot add AKAI LPK25 MIDI controller as MIDI inputs/outputs

Hello, I had BSOD while registering MIDI controller (AKAI LPK25) on Music Creator 6.
On MC6 I can see LPK25 in MIDI input/output devices menu, but when I tick LPK25 as inputs and outputs and select "Apply" button, it says "You have not selected any MIDI outputs". And if I do same thing several times, I had blue screen problem.
