MCU Pro Scrub Button Freezes Sonar Platinum

When in a project, if scrub button pushed on MCU Pro, the project freezes.  I've had every version on Sonar prior to platinum, never had the issue. Doubly annoying because the scrub button is sometime pushed accidently when using the jog wheel. My workaround it I put a small cap over the scrub button so I don't push it! (Overall really enjoying platinum, good job folks!)

Scrub function is "heavy" for the system, especially when you scrub backwards. I get audio engine crashes with too low (for scrub) buffer settings. From what I could observe, it is audio interface (+ its settings) and project dependent, not Sonar version nor Control Surface.

To check that the reason is really not MCU related, try scrub by mouse.

Sonar Platinum Ver 23.3.0 Build 51
    My machine:
    Window 10/64 Pro, 10.0.14393, Core i7, 3.40GHJz, 6core, 16GBDDR3 Ram, 1TB HDD (440GB free)...
Scarlett 18i10 USB interface, 44.1KHz, internal sync, 10ms

Scrub freezes Sonar every time... I don't have a clue as to why -- scrubbing with mouse, there's no error dialog, no event log... just a hung program. It's not the number of tracks, it's not the complexity of the audio. I've adjusted the buffer size on the Scarlett driver to all possible variation. This is frustrating... scrub used to work just fine!!!! Help please.

I had a problem with scrub myself for a while (With my Mackie MCU almost a year ago) it would crash sonar if I touched it.
but after a few windows updates it stopped happening. Im not sure if it was the windows update or not but it hasn't happened to me in over a year.

Ok Just edited my post as it is working using the mouse on another project. Will test the controller to see if there is any further issues there and Will report back if I can find a reason why the other project is not working.

This is scrubbing with a mouse. NO SOUND. With a Mackie Control it crashes. I am using the app version (Daw Remote) but as far as using the mouse is concerned it does NOT work. Just letting you know I got it working on a different project. Not sure why this one does not work.
