MIDI Cross Talk fixed in VSTi?

Sorry if this has been covered. I've been away from Sonar and the forums for quite some time, but I always check back with each new version to find out if the MIDI Cross Talk bug in VSTi plugins has been fixed. So, specifically, are multiple instances of Cantanya and Thesys possible in version X2? Please note that I'm not referring to the bug that was reported as fixed in X1B.
