MIDI Drum Song Files
Does anyone know where you can buy MIDI drum scores for popular songs? I would like to use these to make backing track for an 2 man acoustic show I might be a part of. Google has lots of hits but lots of junk. Thanks Pete

Wow. This forum has been dead the last few days. I expected Robomusic to chime in by now. He used to download free MIDI files and karaoke files, massage them a little through his DAWs, then use them as backing tracks. I tried it once, downloading a karaoke file. It's file format was .kar, but when I tried to open it in SHS 6, I got a message that it was a wrong format, but do you want SONAR to try to open it anyway? I clicked yes and it did open. But it was just bad. It was probably written by someone who didn't care how it sounded. So, surf the net, search 'free midi files' or 'free karaoke files' and see if they have any songs that are of interest to you.
