MIDI Issue/Beatscape Loading Issue

Hello all,

I am fairly new here and I am just trying to get myself together and acquire some knowledge about my MIDI instruments and how to use them/record in an audio track in Sonar 8.3 Producer.  Here is a description of the error message I get and what instruments I am trying hook up:

Error message received when Beatscape is loaded onto a audio track/opened with a new project.  I have downloaded/installed the latest 8.3 Beatscape update/plug-in as well.  I have had this problem the last year or so too when trying to synch my MPC2500 and Novation 25SL Remote Compact keyboard.  Anyone have any idea how to get Beatscape to work?  Or more fundamentally, how to synch my MIDI devices above to correlate with Sonar tracks and record MIDI messages onto a track on a specific software instrument on Sonar 8 Producer?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
**Here is the error message I get when I try to load Beatscape per the above paragraph:
The following plug-ins are referred to by this project, but could not be found.  They may be missing or improperly installed on your system.
The original plug-in is saved by stand-in plug-ins, and will be restored if you save the project and subsequently load it on a system where the plug-ins are properly installed.
Warning: I you loaded this file in “safe mode”, overwriting this file will result in the permanent loss of these effects.
{Beatscape (Synth Rack)

Here is the online info I get when I click on the 'Online Support' button next to Ok/Cancel on the above error message:

**Message from Cakewalk/Sonar website help referencing the above error message:
The following plug-in(s) were missing from your project.

don’t know if your problem is remotely related but check the plugin manger it is located under tools. click on VSTi located on the left and see that beatscape is available. if it is not you will need to find the dll and add the folder that it is located in and rescan. my beatscape routinely disappears and has to be added. i keep it on a separate drive from sonar probably why.
