MIDI NOTE D2 (SOLVED)

Hello everyone:
 
 
I have a full size 88 keystaion. In sonar x2 using the truepaino plug in -- all 88 keys work on the keystation  
 
in Soar Platinum - with the same keyboard - 87 keys work -- the ONE key that does not work is D2
 
any ideas on why this might be happening? It seemed to have  started when I was using ACT with an Alesis MIDI drum pad in sonar platinum  -- but even disabling ACT and clearing it - same thing - the one key D2 doesnt work in sonar Platinum but works fine in SonarX2 
 
 
Thats the best I could explain the issue 
 
any suggestions on a fix would be helpful
