MIDI Plugins missing

MIDI Plugins missing

Hello all,
 
I now and then use the MIDI plugins (Velocity and Chord Analyzer), and today just found them unable to load.
 
They show up on the plugin list, complete with presents, when available, but when I try to load them they won't load and a place-filler in parentheses shows up.  Of course, I've not changed a thing!
 
Any ideas?
