MIDI connections not working!!! W10[screw microsoft]

Ok, so I've had to jump through the MOST loops to get my software working, outputting sound, etc.
 
It was working VMPK and SONAR Home Studio 4 XL, now no Midi ports are working.
 
Windows registered the Midi ports, midi options show up in both programs, have been tinkering with compatability issues, BUT STILL ONE MINUTE IT WAS WORKING NOW IT'S NOT!!! WTF IS GOING ON!?!??!?!!?!!?!?
 
I'm one lack of solution away from calling microsoft and cussing out whoever answers the GD phone.

    What MIDI device are you using?
     
    Try an uninstall and reinstall of the device drivers.

    I gave up with MidiYoke as it did not work when I first went Windows 10.
     
    As I only needed 1 port I switched to LoopBe.
