MIDI envelopes- add more controllers?

How can you add more controllers in the MIDI envelope dialog?
I need to work with controller #71 and #74 but I can't find them in the dropdown list (sonar X3)

    The drop down is editable. Try entering the number directly in the drop down edit field.
