MIDI recording 1/4 note too early....why?

Hello,

I am using the East west modules with Sonar X1, when I record, all the notes are recording 1/4 of a note too early causing havoc during quantization. Any idea why?

I am using winxp pro 64 bit, Asio drivers UA-25 sound card.
